A nearby place to get support.
JoyCare serves Raleigh-area clients from our nearby Wake Forest office and through online counseling. Many Raleigh clients prefer to meet in person, while others appreciate the flexibility of online sessions.
People come to counseling for many reasons: anxiety that does not quiet down, a relationship that feels increasingly distant, a past that still hurts, questions about identity, grief, burnout, or a sense that life has become too heavy to manage alone. JoyCare provides biblical counseling that makes room for those realities.
We work with teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families. Sessions are available in person in Wake Forest and online when a virtual format is the better fit.
Support for the concerns you are actually carrying.
Anxiety & Depression
When your mind will not quiet down and hope feels far away.
Trauma & Healing
When the past still feels present and you are ready to explore why.
Marriage & Relationships
When connection has become harder and the same conflict keeps repeating.
In-person or online
Location should not be the only thing that determines whether you can get help. If the drive to Wake Forest works for you, in-person sessions provide a dedicated place to step away from everyday demands. If an online appointment better fits your life, that option is available as well.

Finding support for your circumstances
JoyCare’s office is in Wake Forest. People contacting us from Raleigh, NC can discuss the trip to the office or ask about online appointments. The location where an online session would take place and counselor availability should be confirmed when inquiring.
Start by identifying the concern that needs attention: individual stress or grief, relationship strain, parenting questions, or support for a teen. Our service overview explains the options, and our FAQ covers first appointments and choosing a counselor. Specific experience matters as much as convenience when deciding where to begin.
